Greek Handicrafts as a lever for development
On Monday, April 6, the President of the Panhellenic Union, Mr. Evangelos Stavropoulos, gave an interview to Naftemporiki TV on the promotion of Greek folk art and the valuable know-how that accompanies it.
He spoke about the role of craftsmanship as a living part of our cultural identity, the challenges the sector faces today, and the initiatives that need to be implemented, with substantial support from the State, in order to strengthen opportunities for entrepreneurship and employment in the sector.
